Before founding Silver Fern HR Consulting, she held executive HR leadership roles with organizations including Toray Composites (America), C&W Services, Kitsap Credit Union, and AAA Washington. She also holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University, and certifications from multiple HR professional organizations.
